More Product Exclusions for Section 301 List 3 Tariff
On February 19, 2020 the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced another round of product exclusions from Section 301, List 3 tariffs.
One subheading is completely excluded from the 25% tariffs with 46 partially excluded subheadings. Some of the affected products include fuel filters, steel jacks, irrigation canal valves, ACE motors, power supplies, electrical inverters, printed circuit board assemblies, and electric conductors. These exclusions will apply retroactively to all products meeting the specified criteria effective September 24, 2018 and expire on August 7, 2020.
