ADDITIONAL PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS ANNOUNCED FOR SECTION 301 TARIFFS
More exclusions for Section 301 additional tariffs on goods from China for Lists 3 and 4A were announced by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) on Friday, March 13.
There are five full exclusions for List 3 that include such things as plastic bags, disposable rubber gloves and articles of apparel. These exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2019 and remain in place until August 7, 2020. Click here to review the notice.
There are 19 HTS subheadings partially excluded from List 4A and will be retroactive to September 1, 2019, expiring September 1, 2020. This list includes such things as surgical and medical items, cold packs, hot packs, eye compresses, disposable shoe covers, medical masks, etc. Click here to review the notice.
