USTR Announces Additional Product Exclusions for Section 301 List 3 Tariff
More exclusions on List 3 of Section 301 goods from China were announced by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) on Friday, March 20, 2020.
There is one HTS subheading completely excluded from 25% tariffs, and 176 partially excluded subheadings. These exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and remain in place until August 7, 2020.

In addition to the additional exclusions, USTR is asking for public comments on any medical products that should be excluded from Section 301 tariffs as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. To read more about this and instructions for submissions, click on the following link:
