USTR Extends Tariff Exclusions For Goods from List 1 of Section 301
The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) has extended the following products from China that were originally published in April 2019 and set to expire in April 2020. The products on the list below are extended through April 18, 2021.
These exclusions are available for any product meeting the specified product description, regardless of whether the importer filed an exclusion request. Click here to read the notice.
