Additional Product Exclusions Announced for Section 301 List 3 Tariffs
More exclusions on List 3 of Section 301 goods from China were announced by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) on April 23, 2020.
There is one HTS subheading completely excluded from List 3 tariffs, and 107 partially excluded subheadings. These exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and remain in place until August 7, 2020
It is important to remember that these exclusions are available to all importers who have an eligible product, regardless of whether the importer filed an exclusion request. The USTR continues to review pending exclusion requests and periodically release their decisions.
