USTR ANNOUNCES NOTICE OF PRODUCT EXCLUSION EXTENSION FOR
CERTAIN GOODS FROM SECTION 301 LIST 1
CERTAIN GOODS FROM SECTION 301 LIST 1
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced on May 12, 2020 that a limited number of exclusions, granted under the May 14, 2019 notice under heading 9903.88.08, will be extended until December 31, 2020. There are two HTS codes that were full exclusions and eleven HTS codes that were partial exclusions.
