SEVENTH ROUND OF SECTION 301 LIST 4a TARIFFS RELEASED
More exclusions on List 4a of Section 301 goods from China were announced by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) on July 20, 2020. This list contains 11 HTS subheadings that are completely excluded and 53 partially excluded subheadings.
These exclusions will be retroactive to September 1, 2019 and will remain in place until September 1, 2020.
It is important to remember that these exclusions are available to all importers who have an eligible product, regardless of whether the importer filed an exclusion request. The USTR continues to review pending exclusion requests and periodically release their decisions.
