NOTICE OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE MERCHANDISE PROCESSING FEE
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2021

The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) for fiscal year 2021 will adjust and increase various user fees, including the Merchandise Processing fee (MPF) as follows:
Minimum - $27.75 up from $27.23
Maximum - $538.40 up from $528.33
Informal - $2.22 up from $2.18
Maximum - $538.40 up from $528.33
Informal - $2.22 up from $2.18
The rate of 0.3464% remains unchanged.
