![]() Implemented in November, 2001, Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT), is a voluntary joint government-business initiative to build cooperative relationships that strengthen overall supply chain and border security. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requests that businesses promote a culture of security by ensuring the integrity of their security practices and communicate their security guidelines to their business partners within the supply chain. CTPAT offers businesses an opportunity to play a major role in the war against terrorism and ensure a more secure supply chain for their employees, suppliers, and customers.

Two drivers served as the basis for our digital transformation that began over a decade ago with the development of the FHK RAPID process.

Abbie works to ensure her client’s shipments meet the dozens of requirements enforced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. “We help educate clients about regulations related to their imports,” says Abbie. “Each import is unique, and ultimately the client is the responsible party.” Licensed customs brokers keep abreast of changing laws covering international trade.
